By proceeding with payment, you agree to the following cancellation policy:

- Cancellation up to 8 weeks in advance: A refund will be issued, minus a 15% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation between 6 and 8 weeks in advance: A 50% refund of your payment will be provided.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 6 weeks prior to the start of the retreat.
- If the minimum number of participants is not met, all participants will receive a full refund of their payment, and no cancellation fees will be charged.

Additionally, we strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering COVID-19, forest fires, and other potential disruptions that may affect travel plans and require reimbursement for incurred expenses.
